Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise specified, all cancellation requests must be received by AACT in writing (email) no less than 3 days prior to the event or scheduled education. In most cases, registrations can be transfered to another individual within your company without penalty. All no shows and late cancellations will be charged full price and no refunds will be honored.

Designation Courses: NAA Designation Courses (CAM, CAS, CAMT, CAPS, CALP) require payment in full, 7 days before the first day of the course, so that required books can be ordered. Cancellations must be received no later than 7 days before the first day, in order to receive a refund.
REDBOOK Seminars: Redbook Seminars require payment in full, 7 days before the scheduled seminar. Cancellations must be received in writing (email) no later than 7 days before the scheduled seminar in order to receive a refund.
Apartment Association of Central Texas (AACT) events may be photographed or video recorded. By participating, you consent to your photograph/video recording to be used for promotional purposes including but not limited to AACT promotional materials, website and social media.
