Who We Are
The Apartment Association of Central Texas is a professional trade organization representing the Rental Housing Industry in Bell, Coryell, and Lampasas Counties.
The Apartment Association of Central Texas (AACT) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to those involved in the rental housing industry. We are affiliates of the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) and The National Apartment Association (NAA).
Over 280+ members include owners, management companies, onsite staff, and supplier partners who offer products and services to the industry.
Our Purpose
The purpose of the Apartment Association of Central Texas is to further the professionalism and integrity of the multi-family housing industry, through professional education, community awareness, and affirmative legislative representation.
Professional members are kept apprised of Industry regulations, legislation, and best practices through regular educational opportunities and publications. Members have access to lease forms and addenda, as well as opportunities to attend local, state, and national educational conferences and training.
AACT provides a forum for our Supplier Partners to gain exposure through advertising and special events to network with potential and current customers.
The AACT offers our members opportunities to participate in Community Outreach initiatives, legislative advocacy, education, mentorships, professional certifications, and more through our varied Committees and activities.
