AJ Tibbitts

I began my career in property management with WinnCompanies at Island Palm Communities in 2018 as an Administrative Assistant before transitioning to Cavalry Family Housing in 2021, where I assumed the role of Executive Property Administrator. In both positions, I directly supported the Director of Property Management (DPM), Project Director (PD), and other leaders, to ensure deadlines were met and projects remained on track. In 2022, I was promoted to Data Quality Assurance Specialist where I leveraged my prior experience and honed new skills in Microsoft Forms, Lists, Teams, PowerAutomate, and PowerBI. In July 2024, I stepped into the Manager of Pricing and Market Analysis role where I call upon my data analysis skills to assist with formulating and executing pricing strategy as well as other revenue maximizing methods. As a corporate team member, I proudly support the housing of troops at all military installations managed by WinnCompanies.

I hold a B.S. in Marketing Management, an MBA, a Hawaii Real Estate License, and the CALP designation. Additionally, I am actively involved in the Apartment Association of Central Texas (AACT) as Vice President, Education Chair, TAA Alternate Delegate, and TAA Leadership Lyceum candidate. Last year, my contributions were recognized with the Step Up and Team Member of the Year awards. Prior to transitioning into the property management field with Winn, I managed startup operations, sales, and marketing for small businesses.
